There’s rather alot of posts to go through, so I apologies if anything has already been suggested, but here’s a few ideas i came up with:

Graveyards – a faction should be able to place graveyards within their territory, which with the appropriate necromancy spell, could mass summon undead such as zombies or skellingtons when enemies activate a trap, or a clan member cast a spell which will activate it.

Tunneling – this could be combined with mining and other skills, which with a certain number of people with high enough skill levels, it becomes possible to dig tunnels under walls and fences, allowing for a more stealthy conquest.
