My enchanting is at 98.8 and I have tried every rune using pure verium and none of them give me exp. Granted there isn’t much of a difference between 98.8 enchanting and 100 enchanting as the perks are useless (rune quality does not effect the quality of the item made, and enchantment strength is purely conductivity based). Digressions aside though, I should be able to get to 100 without stacking exp.

Have linked this thread to wiz, its a minor DB adjustment most likely.
