Stonyeir Player	I think Dosed might be onto something actually. Pathy if you can get ahold of Wiz again see if he could put together a poll on the forums. I would be willing to pay 10$ a month to help em pay for servers to stay up if they opened one with the old world for us to kill the time on. And i am sure sevral others would be willing as well. Even with the bugs/glitchs it was better and more complete then most games on the market at the moment with this style. Plus the community was/is still the best from what i can tell on the forums.

Divayith Player	Hello everybody, glad to see everyone is still around =D Hopeful thinking on the server coming back up but hey i guess there is always a chance. Has anyone seen any of the devs around even? Mostly just popped in to say hey to everybody, if $10 a month is all it would take DT to get goin again i’d gladly pay it also btw.

LordWiese Player	I`m a little active on the Life is Feudal forums if you wanna pop in over there sometime Thornwall, and I know Stonyeir(Lakota) is to. Cool little sandbox mmo coming along pretty well, great combat. I`ve not seen any of the devs active since their last news update.

GMPathy GameMaster	Hi folks, I wish I had news for you. I have not had any contact with Wiz this year and only had a brief chat with Bill on a social basis. I will drop Wiz an email today and see if I can get him to make a more formal post on the front page or reply here. Hope you are all well.

GMPathy GameMaster	As promised, above, I have been in contact with Wiz today and have had a brief conversation regarding the future of the project. At this stage a lot of the decisions regarding Dawntide are out of Wiz’s hands so to speak as things need a level of clearance from all the original investors and supporters. In principle Wiz is open to the idea of crowd funding via a “kickstarter” type of scheme or the possibility of releasing the code to some form of open source group scheme however he cannot make this decision alone for a number of reasons. He will hopefully post some form of update on the front page in the future when things are a little clearer. It is encouraging that so many people are still following the project and hopefully there is still hope that Dawntide will find a fresh lease of life. I shall continue to moderate the forums and stay in touch with people regarding Dawntide and speak in my usual “unoffical” capacity. Should anyone wish to contact me I will reply to PM’s as soon as possible. HTH

Bastiat Player	Well hello again everyone. I would pay for server membership if I could get the game working on Linux. Hell, I might even be pressed to install Windows (dual boot) if I knew I could play Dawntide. LordWiese, I was reading the various threads about our ideas for factions in Dawntide and it made me really long for the sandboxy possibilities of this game. I haven’t played a proper computer game since Star Wars Galaxies went under.

LordWiese Player	I`m holding out for this, as it was my first love,lol. But, if all else fails, Life Is Feudal is looking like a great game to play when it goes into open beta, might want to check it out Bastiat.

Stonyeir Player	Good to hear the news there Pathy hopefully wiz doesn’t forget his forums are over run with people who want info! lol. This info blackout we been going threw is driving me personally insane I keep looking for a game to pick up but nothing is out worthwhile and while there are sevral possibles in the works only 1 or 2 looks close to the nostalgia of the old games dawntide gave me. I really hope we get some news soon from wiz and as it seems from above he needs only to look at the forums to know he has a dedicated player base! I mean honestly look into any other game out there who else has something so well put together and fun at the same time and has people willing to pay a monthly fee to play essentially during what is still considered a development phase while at the same time having had been under a blackout for almost a year! WIZ WE NEED DAWNTIDE LIKE A FISH NEEDS WATER!

I just want Dawntide back :( I`ve told so many people about it over the last year, and they all think it sounds amazing, especially when I tell them about Glendor, and all the fun we had, and the potential for war between factions. I`m sure Wiz is disappointed atm, but it was just getting started. If we can get back ingame, build up our empires again, and record the whole process, along with other fun events, and put it all up on youtube and other forums, people will want to play like crazy.
