The Treaty of Development

I. There will be no “Recruit Poaching”* between Glendor and The Dark Kingdom.
II. Access will be granted to any member to the other faction’s mine as long as it is requested individually.
III. There is to be no attempt at spying between the two factions and any current spies must immediately retreat to their respective factions.

* “Recruit Poaching” is defined as the act of taking up conversation with a person who is being spoken to in the Market area by any member of either faction for purposes of recruitment. This applies to Global chat in that You may post a single recruitment post in Global chat if a potential recruit shows interest in the other faction. Recruiters are not to take up conversation unless asked a direct question by the possible recruit.
