Hello. I’m getting a message “ERROR: Username / Password not recognized”

I used account management to change my login and pass for the game, but it didn’t work also.

What could be the problem?

Have you set up a game account as well as a forums account? click on account management at the top of the screen, then look for the manage accounts link, then create a game account. I would suggest using totally different information for your game account. Give that a try and if you have no luck repost.

When I click on the Account Management link I get an Internet Explorer Can’t Display Web Page error.
Other links seem to be ok… but this problem is preventing me from creating a game user account.
