I went to Vynn, traveled all over, could only find one vendor who sold me melee combat related skills? Its my first visit to the city, seemed pretty empty. Did I just miss something?

Note- I saw a market area, no NPCs were there.

I was there about six hours ago. There were npc’s but none would talk to me. I am fairly new so no sure if is supposed to be that way.

Was trying to figure out how to buy stuff from all the venders by the bridge.
